OUR SERVICES

Scheduled Lawn Mowing Service:

We offer weekly or bi-weekly mowing service. Weekly service is once every 7 days and bi-weekly service is every 14 days. Mowing days may change based on rainy weather conditions.

Lawn mowing service includes:

  1. Mowing with a professional grade mower that fits your lawn size.
  2. Line trimming all turf areas on the property where the lawn mower will not reach including grass or weeds in the cracks of the sidewalks.
  3. Stick edging the sidewalk and driveway areas to create a clean, crisp, and manicured look.
  4. Blowing off all debris off sidewalks, driveways, back porch, and back alleys.

The price is determined by the size and square footage of your turf area on your property. We will not charge more just because you live in a high priced neighborhood. We keep it fair to all our customers.

Hedge Trimming:

Pruning your shrubs, no matter how big or small, only adds to the beauty of your landscape.

Hedge trimming is an additional charge on an as needed basis.

Leaf Removal and seasonal cleanup:

We can continue the weekly or bi-weekly mowing schedule during the early to late fall in order to keep your property looking clean until all the leaves have fallen, or we can wait until all the leaves have fallen and handle one big cleanup. Leaf cleanup consists of mulching the leaves to a fine dust and it serves as an additional fertilizer compost that is beneficial and helps feed your lawn.

On some occasions where there are to many leaves, most will be mulched and the rest will be picked up and bagged.

Seasonal cleanup can also include first mow of the season. There are times when your lawn has NOT been mowed or serviced over the winter months and there has been some growth to the grass or maybe weeds in the lawn that could take more time to get the yard back to it’s original beauty.

Fertilization:

The key to having a lush green lawn, aside from irrigation, is fertilizer. Your lawn needs  the crucial  vitamins and nutrients to survive the harsh summer months that the Texas heat can bring. Fertilizing the lawn not only feeds it the minerals it needs, but with the all natural slow release fertilizer that we use, it will not burn up your lawn if you don’t get a chance to water it in right away. For a healthy green lawn It is recommended that you fertilize every 2 to 3 months during the growing season along with at least a 2 day a week watering schedule.

Mulch installation:

Adding mulch to your flowerbed can be very useful for retaining water for your flowers and plants. The mulch traps moisture in the soil so you don’t have to water as often and it suppresses weeds. We use a natural shredded hardwood brown mulch.
